Winery Review:The 2014 Ribolla Gialla shows more minerality, nice quince, white currant and citrus oil notes, a dry, refreshing mouthfeel and a fragrant bouquet.
My Review: This white wine had a very floral scent which was very appealing to me. Since I am a fan of more fresh and floral flavors, I really liked this wine. It was pretty acidic and I would love to try this wine with freshwater fish like Salmon.
