Vintage Wine Tastings: Garnacha de Fuego 2014

Name: Garnacha de Fuego

Category: Old Vines Grenache Rose

Region Aragon , Spain

Year: 2014

Price: $10

Winery Review:The Garnacha de Fuego Rose is a solid effort that has a light salmon color to go with notions of cherry blossom, orange peel and herbs de Provence. Medium-bodied, supple, fresh easy-drinking, and an outstanding value at $3.

My Review: This rose wine had a very citrusy smell which was refreshing. When I first took a sip of this wine, I could also taste a little bit of herbs which added to the fresh flavor of this wine. The spicy flavor of this rose wine would go well with cheesy pasta.
